I decided a few months ago that it was time to start taking my workouts seriously again. It had been YEARS since I had been going to the gym consistently! But I know that when I make myself and my health a priority, it truly impacts every other area of my life.
Not only do I have more energy and more productive days, but that self discipline tends to carry through the rest of my day. I truly believe that reaching my daily goals and in turn my BIG dreams starts with taking care of the little things first! Basically, it’s huge part of getting my s*** together.
